Education
Beginner’s classes in Mindfulness for Health and Wellness are usually offered quarterly. I also have two ongoing weekly groups called “Deepening the Practice” that are based on mindfulness meditation and living. These groups are limited in the number of participants and are designed to support people in their psychological, biological and spiritual growth.
Professional Training
On occasion I offer Mindfulness for Health and Wellness and other mindfulness-based trainings for mental health professionals or agencies for continuing education credit (CEU’s). Please see the calendar for offerings or contact me if are interested in a training for your area or group.
Mindfulness-Based Training
I am available to work with employers to introduce mindfulness based training for reducing stress and improving health and wellness. These are individually designed for your group.
